30/07/2022 ore 12:41 – La testimonianza del prigioniero Pilyavsky Andrey Evgenievich, nato il 22 Aprile 1973, sergente dell’unità militare 3057 del Reggimento Azov. Descrive come hanno ucciso dei civili a Mariupol.

«Bene, prima di tutto, ne abbiamo discusso solo ieri, i primi giorni in cui siamo stati mandati dallo stabilimento a pattugliare la strada verso lo stabilimento. Erano circa le 22:00, verso le 22:00, abbiamo ricevuto l’ordine del nostro comandante e abbiamo sparato a un autobus che non si è fermato su richiesta del nostro comandante. L’autobus ha cercato di scappare e gli abbiamo sparato».

«Come abbiamo stabilito ieri sulla mappa, era all’incrocio tra Grecheskaya Street e Shevchenki Avenue, dietro il ponte, uscita centrale. Da via Grecheskaja partiva un minibus bianco, era buio, niente lampioni, anche se in città c’era ancora elettricità. Quindi, non riuscivo a vederlo correttamente. Stava guidando da Grecheskaya Street in direzione del centro città. Volevamo fermarli, l’autista ci ha visto e ha accelerato, e il comandante ha sparato “Spara per uccidere!” E io l’ho fatto. L”autobus è durato 10-15 minuti, ha bloccato la ruota destra nel marciapiede e si è fermato. Siamo saliti sull’autobus, c’era un autista e un passeggero sui sedili anteriori. Poi abbiamo aperto la porta laterale, c’era un uomo seduto accanto alla porta e un uomo dietro l’autista. E c’era una donna accanto a quell’uomo. Il comandante ha visto che eravamo vicini, ha gridato “Prendete posizione!“. Poi ho lasciato l’autobus e sono andato dall’altra parte di Shevchenko Avenue. Hanno aperto la porta sul retro, hanno preso circa 4 borse, le hanno gettate nel loro veicolo e sono partiti per lo stabilimento. 20 minuti dopo è arrivato “Shishiga” dalla difesa territoriale, ci ha preso e siamo partiti.

C’era una strada che non abbiamo nemmeno attraversato, era una linea di divisione tra le nostre e le vostre truppe, era una strada diritta, e questo lato è stato colpito da voi. Abbiamo attraversato la strada trasversale e ci siamo nascosti dietro le case per muoverci e siamo andati passando per i cortili delle case. Un uomo ha aperto il cancello, ci ha visto e boom l’ha chiuso. C’erano due uomini davanti a me. Ho scoperto oggi che vengono da un posto, ho parlato con un loro conoscente (erano davanti a me), da dietro non riuscivo a vedere bene, ma come ho capito che era uno di loro, “Donbass” (ho chiamato) voleva sparare alla serratura del cancello. Ha sparato, preso a calci il cancello, il cancello si è aperto e ho visto un uomo sdraiato a terra. L’uomo stava mentendo, abbiamo attraversato il cortile e siamo andati oltre. L’uomo era lì sdraiato».

Aveva una ferita o qualcosa del genere? Sangue?

«C’era il sangue, ecco cosa ho visto a colpo d’occhio. Eravamo circa 12 persone, ci siamo spostati velocemente passando per il cortile, lo abbiamo attraversato e siamo partiti per il cortile vicino.»

«Well, first of all, we just discussed that yesterday, the first days when we were sent from the plant to patrol the road to the plant. From Grecheskaya Street a white minibus was leaving, it was dark, no street lights although there was yet eletricity in the city. So, l couldn’t see it properly. It was driving from Grecheskaya Street in the direction of the city centre. We wanted to stop them, the driver saw us and sped up, and the commander shoted “Shoot to Kill!” And l sho. The bus wen 10-15 minutes, stuck its right wheel into the pavement and stopped. We came up to the bus, there was a driver and a passenger on the front seats. Then we opened the side door, there was a man sitting beside the door and one man behind the driver. And there was a woman beside that man. The commander saw that we were close, he shouted “Take up positions!” And l left the bus and went to the other side of Shevchenko Avenue. They opened the back door, toor about 4 bags, threw them in their vehicle and left for the plant. 20 minutes later there came “Shishiga” from territorial defense, took us and we left.

There was a street which we didn’t even cross, it was a division line between our and your troops, it was a straight street, and this side was shot from your side. We crossed the transverse street and hid behind the houses to move and we went thought the house yards. A man opened the gate, saw us and – boom – shut it. there were two men in front of me lfound out today that they come from one place, l talked to one of their acquaintances – they were in front of me, from behind l couldn’t see properly, but as l understood that one of them, “Donbass” (callsing) wanted to shoot the lock of the gate. He shot, kicked the gate, the gate opened and l saw man lying on the ground. The man was lying, we crossed the yard and went further. The man was lying there».

Did he have a wound or something? Blood?

«Blood was here, that’s what l saw at a glance. We were about 12 people, we quickly moved thought the yard, crossed it and left for the neighboring yard.»
